The hotel is very well located, near city center, near Henry street shopping area. Also there are few supermakets near hotel where you can take a sandwich, some fruits and take a coffee.Everything was great in this hotel.

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Quiet room.Helpful staff.

Breakfast arrangements very strange. Had to queue up in cafe attached to hotel. Tea and coffee from flasks which you had to pour yourself.

Easy to get around, close to transport and the main street

The beds are not confortable, breakfast was not very good at all. And breakfast staff were not very nice (no good morning not even a smile) I was staying alone with my 2year old who was in a buggy there where steps down to the breakfast I was not asked did I need a hand with the buggy or the food

Overpriced car parking charges. Breakfast was served in what can only be described as a street cafe. It put me off eating there even though I had pre paid for the breakfast. Drinks are very expensive.

Location and a very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel was ok, but small things can always be improved. We had booked 3 rooms for our family, 6 persons, and our double room had just one chair, my sons single room had two. We stayed four days and had to ask several times for soap in the bathroom and light in the lamp over the sink in the bathroom. Every time we asked, we were told it would be fixed, got soap after to days, but no light.

Goshi on reception was polite and helpful. Other staff and security very good.

Poor tv reception and slightly dated rooms

      Traditional Irish Hotel

Hotel location was a little further from city center than expected. Walking to and from the hotel did not feel safe. People were screaming things and many groups of men hung out on the street.

Car Park was very safe and convenient - also reasonalbe at 10 euro for all day and overnight.Decor in the hotel is a bit dated with some broken tiles in the ensuite. However, it is convenient for shopping and socialising. It was clean and had all the usual facilities including tea making in the room which I think is important. Breakfast was not top class but was satisfactory for the cost of the stay. It was my second time staying and I would stay again.

      broken tile in the en-suite

We liked the convenient location ajacent to public transport. Our room was comfortable with facilities to make tea/coffee. The staff were professional and corteous.

The layout of the breakfast room was something we did not like with multiple trips to the food area required to ensure you had everything. Also the use of thermos flasks for tea which tends to be stale - better to have small tea pots with access to freshly boiled water therby ensuring freshly made tea. In general the whole breakfast experience needs improvement.

I really liked the look of the place. The building was very well decorated (obviously a more retro look; but it made me think that it was very fancy back in the day) rooms were nice, clean, everything you want in somewhere to sleep.

No Wi-Fi in the room; only in the public areas (lobby, breakfast room, etc.)

Nice location in the city centre (O'Connell street is nearby).

Closed to the city center and transport (you can walok). Airport bus stops at front of the hotel. The hotel is in one of the most comercial streets of Dublin. Good breakfast.

The railway is near the hotel (can cause some noise). There'snt fridge at the room

Convenient location . We arrived oin an early morning flight from us and u|k and were leaving a few day later at 4 am to pick up another flight. The hotel kindly agreed to allow have the breakfast opn day of arrival instead of day of leaving. The hotel was most satisfactory , . Thanks for an excellent customer service. Imelda Hehir
